It is expected that families using the House will adhere to the guidelines. Violations should be addressed individually and repeated concerns or significant disregard of guidelines, as determined by RMHC House staff in its sole discretion, may result in losing access to the RMHC. All guests using the House must abide the guidelines, including but not limited to the following:
- Badges must be worn during your stay and returned upon your departure from the House.
- RMHC has the right to limit amount of guests staying or in the room.
- Upon approval, families staying over a period of three weeks are allowed (2)-24 hours leave during their stay. These 24-hour leaves cannot be in consecutive days.
- Smoking is not permitted, flammable materials are also not allowed anywhere in the RMHC, such as, candles, E cigarettes, ect...
- Alcoholic beverages or illegal substances (drugs) will not be tolerated anywhere in the premises including the parking lot.
- Share in the responsibility of keeping the RMHC House clean. We ask families to please clean up after themselves in the kitchen, bedrooms and common areas.
- Food and beverages should remain in kitchen/dining area only, not permitted in bedroom or living rooms.
- After visiting hours, no visitors are allowed in House or parking lot after 9:00pm.
- Supervise children at all times, no exceptions.
- Proper attire and footwear is required throughout the House.
- Persons who have or have been exposed to a contagious illness will not be allowed to stay in the House.
- No pets allowed in any areas of the House including the parking lot.
Registered families exceeding more than a 30- day stay are required to transfer to another RMHC room upon availability, for maintenance purposes. I have read, understand and agree to abide by the Guidelines of the Ronald McDonald House. I understand that violations or disregard of the guidelines, as determined by the RMHC staff in its sole discretion, may result in immediate loss of access to the House. We also understand that should a family w/greater needs be found, we may be asked to find alternative accommodations and in this event, we will be given a grace period of 24 hours to vacate my room.
