Peoria Ronald McDonald House Day Program

This online registration process allows you to participate in the Peoria Ronald McDonald House Day Program according to the policies of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Illinois (RMHCCI).

To be eligible to use the Day Program, families must:

•             Have a patient 21 years or younger receiving medical treatment in Peoria.  This includes hospitals stays, appointments, in-patient, and out-patient care.  It also includes medical, behavioral health/mental health, dental, vision, and hearing care.

•             Participants must be 18 years of age or older.  Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

•             A criminal background check is NOT required.

•             A family does NOT have to live a certain distance from the House in order to participate in the Day Program.

•             Completing this application does not guarantee that space in the Day Program is available on this particular day.

RMHCCI reserves the right to deny access to the Day Program of any individual if their behavior is deemed a nuisance or is threatening to others in the House.
