Springfield Ronald McDonald House Overnight Guests
This online registration process allows you to apply for temporary residence at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Illinois according to our policies. Please complete all the information so we may process your request.
Eligibility requirements to stay at the Springfield Ronald McDonald House:
- Meet one of the below patient requirements.
- Have (or be) a patient 21 years or younger receiving medical treatment in Springfield.
- This includes hospital stays, appointments, in-patient, and out-patient care. It also includes medical, behavioral health/mental health, dental, vision, and hearing care.
- Note: individuals seeking to stay at the House that are under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
- Be a pregnant mother experiencing a high-risk pregnancy whose attending physician in Springfield has referred you to Ronald McDonald House for housing.
- High-risk moms must be accompanied by someone 18-years old or older at all times while staying in the House.
2. Live more than 20 miles from the Springfield Ronald McDonald House.
3. Successfully complete a criminal background check at the expense of RMHCCI (for guests 18 and older).
4. For parents, be actively involved in the child's care. For high-risk moms, actively receiving pre-natal treatment from your Springfield care team.
